Itinerary description
this is a version of the Salado walk originally posted by Pomeroy. Thanks to him .
The tricky part is passing up the rockfaces after the rock pool s known as the Angostura . My route is not perfect so just keep heading up to the side of the rock face keeping in the bushy part then turn left near the top .

Walk is very well described and generally easy to follow. The waterfall and pool are pleasant surprise. Difficult areas are crossing and climbing the rocky slopes as some cairms are either missing or not readily visible. A long walk, as is time consuming in places, but well worth doing.
Hope you found the new gates
