Itinerary description
Hike from Wallemtunet in Kvamskogen to the summit of Byrkjefjellet (1046 m). Trail is sometimes difficult to find and requires some minor scrambling, but views are rewarding: on a clear day, you can see from the islands of Sotra and the North Sea to the Folgefonna glacier and Hardangerfjord. Easier trail when going anti-clockwise.

Nice views.
We did the route counter clockwise.
Sometimes, we had to go through the snow (end of June).
At some points, the path was hard to find. In the last part going downhill, we lost the track near the creek, but after some struggling we were back at the track.
