Itinerary description
Inverarnan - Tyndrum
Tyndrum - Kingshouse Hotel
Kingshouse Hotel - Kinlochleven
Kinlochleven - Fort William
Fantastic scenery and you can finish off every night with a nice single malt scotch. Lots of lodging options at each stop. Well marked and good path. Very scenic, I went in February, below freezing and snowing, but with the right gear not an issue.
Easy logistics. I took an early flight into Glasgow, took a bus from airport straight to trail intersection in Inverarnan (skipped the first few days of the official trail), and was on the trail same day. From Fort William you can return to Glasgow airport on the same bus.
Easy track with a few climbs. I was definitely sore each day but mainly because of distance (60 miles 4 days)
Only downsides are at times the path follows too closely to the main road of the area.
