Itinerary description
Start at Tung Chung MTR. Took a slightly indirect route to see Tung Chung Battery (ancient ruin) and Ma Wan Chung (old fishing village). Then walked up Wong Lung Hang road, stopped to see the old and tiny Tin Hau temple in Chek Lap Kok new village. Walked to the very end of the road, then nearly walked up the wrong dam and wrong stream but realised our mistake and went back and walked up past a wider dam on the main stream. After that it was stream trekking all the way up, stopping at Yellow Dragon waterfall for a swim in the large pool, and past a second swimming pool all the way to the “three dragons” - left dragon waterfall, right dragon waterfall and dragon tail waterfall. Stopped there and returned the same way back to Tung Chung MTR.
