Itinerary description
Up Apollo creek, memorial lunch, then down Norton creek. 18 back country horsemen came to lunch. This was a loop and not down and back like year before.
Use driving directions into the parking area from 2022 ride. (Drive up Baker 6 miles, over Norton creek bridge and park to the right.). Then ride down road 1/4 mile and take off up trail 171. After lunch in meadow at the old table, head back in direction we came but vere off to the left to go down a different trail that goes down Norton creek, making a loop. When you get to the bottom, head back up the Baker road a little ways til you come to the horse trailer.
