Itinerary description
Arnaud Ranch near Counozouls - Granès
Hardly a horse trail. Travelled on highways out of necessity. My horse is an absolute saint…wouldn’t trust any other living creature to get me through what she did.
Great tracks “Chemin” from Counozouls, but after, it was mostly paved.
Near Axat, do not take the track that I did. It is near vertical and I had to get off my horse in the middle of the incline.
Approaching Quillan, we found some more marked trails that had fantastic footing and views.
An extremely long day, and it was hot.
