Itinerary description
Blaine Murray simply called this the "Divide" ride.
The ride is in the Centennial Mountains North of Kilgore and climbs to the Continental Divide. There is a little lake on Salamander Creek that the local sheepherders fish. On the way down the ride passes an area that was supposed to be a coal mine. However, I didn't find any pieces of coal. Maybe the vein of coal is nearby or covered up.
