This track is not the activity itself, but the approach to the climbing sector.
If you go to Rjukan to climb on ice there are sectors that are on the way to the car (there are road coves with cascades that can be climbed), but there are others that are more remote or more difficult to find .
Rockfax's book "heavy water" marks a sector of ice climbing called Gausta, with this track we can get there.

During the trip to Rjukan for climbing in ice we took the rest day to investigate different areas and see landscapes. One of these was the Gausta sector.
