پیمایش قبل دره حدود 1تا 2 ساعت هست در شیب زیاد و اگر برف در منطقه باشد معمولا برفکوبی سنگین دارد تا به سر دره برسید پس گتر حتما بپوشید
مسافت دره حدود ۳-۴ کیلومتر به مدت ۳ ساعت

تغذیه سعی کنید مغزیجات مصرف کنید که ضمن گرم نگه داشتن و کم حجم بودن بهتون انرژی مضاعفی هم میدهد
چون مسیر دره بسیار لغزنده هست بعد از رسیدن به اولین فرود فنی از کرامپون استفاده کنید چون مسیر رودخانه به طور کامل یخ زده هست
شش فرود داشت و هفتمین آبشار که آخرین در نزدیکی پله های آهنی هست بدون بولتینگ بود
فرود اول 2 جهت بولتینگ شده است یکی برای فرود از سمت خشک و معلق و سمت دیگر از آبشار و درگیری با آب
وفرود دوم کوتاه
فرود سوم و چهارم کارگاه انسانی انجام شد و حدود ارتفاع تقریبان 3متر
فرود پنجم کمی چالشی وارتفاع حدودی 10 متر
فرود ششم که بلندترین و 25 متر بود با توجه به یخ بودند چالش بیشتری داشت و در انتهاش از تونل یخی موقع فرود رد شدیم و آبشار آن با آب فراوان ریخته می شود و اگر فصل پرآب باشد درگیری با آب معمولا دارد
آبشار آخر هم مانند آبشار ششم حدودی 25 متر هست ولی ما فرود انجام ندادیم زیرا کل دیواره یخ و قندیل بود و محل کارگاه دیده نشد و دوم به دلیل دمای منفی منطقه برای سلامت و راحتی تیم از دره خروج داشتیم.
تجهیزات کامل دره نوردی به همراه تجهیزات مخصوص یخ نوردی همراه داشته باشید که شامل کرامپون و کلنگ و تبریخ می باشد . برای استفاده از کرامپون حتما روی وت خود گتر بپوشید چون به دلیل نازکی وحساسی جنس وت سوت ها به محض برخورد کرامپون باعث پارگی و خرابی وت سوت می شود.
کیسه طناب ترجیجا دوتا حتما ببرید چون در صورت مشکل یخ زدگی و یا حادثه بتونید استفاده کنید و ضمن اینکه خروجی دره تا پایان برنامه امکان ندارد و مجبورید مسیرفرود ها بروید

بجز دو آبشار آخر مابقی درگیری با آب نداشت

The last waterfall is about 25 meters like the sixth waterfall, but we didn't descend because the whole wall was covered with ice and the place of the workshop could not be seen.
Carry full equipment for canyoning along with special equipment for ice climbing, which includes crampons, picks, and ice picks. To use crampons, be sure to wear gaiters on your boots, because due to the thinness and sensitivity of the boots, as soon as the crampons hit the boots, it will tear and damage the boots.
Be sure to take two Tarjija rope bags, because you can use them in case of freezing or an accident, and besides, the exit of the valley is not possible until the end of the program, and you have to go down the descent route.
