Itinerary description

Bright sunshine lured me out, prepared with sunglasses. Soon the sunglasses were superfluous. Low clouds formed a sunscreen eventually. The wind blew from northerly direction. I went through Langøysund against the wind, passed Sandøy on the East. I rounded Klovningen and set the course towards Kuneset, the artificial peninsula at Hundvåg’s northern shore. Once there, I continued to round Hundvåg. At Ulsnes the British frigate HMS Kent (F78) was moored. The strong smell of the diesel exhaust was a clear indication that I was back in civilization. Rosenberg Verft was busy, even on a Sunday. When returning through Pyntesund the surroundings became “sleepy” again.
