Pleasant boat ride on the Fitzroy River, within the Geikie Gorge National Park. This park, located a short distance from the town of Fitzroy Crossing, is easily accessible by road and is a good example of ancient coral formations from the Devonian period.
You can hire this boat tour and it is a very refreshing way to enjoy the interesting coral formations from inside the gorge, in addition to being able to contemplate the interesting fauna of both birds and river crocodiles that inhabit it.
