After seeing the Coc Ly market in Lao Cai in Vietnam, one of the most beautiful markets in the Sapa area in Northern Vietnam which is held every Tuesday, we continue to admire the enchanting landscapes traveling by boat on the Chay River.
It is a simple descent on a 6-seater motorized boat which is carried out in a beautiful naturalistic context. The length is about a dozen kilometers.

The Chay River is a river in northern Vietnam. The river originates from the southwest slope of Tay Con Linh peak (2,419m) and the northeast slope of Chieu Lau Thi peak (2402m) on the upstream massif of Chay River, northwest of Ha Giang province , passing through the provinces of Lao Cai and Yen. Bai and then flows into the Lo River in Doan Hung, Phu Tho Province.[1][2]
The River Chay is 303 km long and has a catchment area of 4,527 km².[3]
In the book of Le Quy Don Kien Van sub-continent, the Chay River is also called Loi Ha[4], according to the book Tang Thuong Thap Luc, it is also known as Bai Ha.
