Ferry ride on the Oslo fjord.
Pleasant boat ride along its shores closest to the port.
You will be able to have a very different perspective of the city and you will see little islands with beautiful houses in which any of us would love to live.
Don't imagine the Oslo fjord with the characteristic image of the deep and famous fjords of Norway.
In this fjord you find some 40 islands with small heavily wooded hills full of picturesque wooden houses, and on the shores, a succession of colorful bathing huts, as well as small ports.
And, as you can imagine, nautical activities are the main protagonists in the fjord, especially when it is said that one in four Norwegians has their own boat.
Boats depart from the port that make short tours of the surroundings, especially to cross to the Bygdoy peninsula where the main museums of Oslo are located, the option of doing the excursion through the fjord with a duration of two hours on board and this Route that is very good one hour, leaving from the Aker Brygge terminal, passing through the Vollen port and the Slemmestad Brygge terminal.
The pier is in the square where the Oslo City Hall is located, initially you will navigate seeing various corners of the city, such as the Akershus Fortress, the Oslo Opera House or the new financial district.
Then we can see the Bygdoy peninsula and the different islands until we reach the other piers and then we return to Aker Brygge.
