Itinerary description
After avoiding this destination in previous trips due to high tourism traffic we finally decided this time around to join the group. So far the journey to Hallstatt was the best motorcycle road I have seen thus far in Europe, the number of bikes we saw speaks for itself. We took the boat ride to Obertraun where we spent some time in the playground full of kids acrivites and watching the locals swim in the lake. Many people arrived in bycicles for the famous trail around the lake. Hallstatt is simply a fairytale type of small town and experience. On the way back we stopped por a picture break at the Abersee which blue colored water impressed us, a definite come place back for an overnight visit.
