The entrance to the NordKapp Visitor Center is valid for twenty-four hours, and from one in the morning until eleven, the access control (the toll booth) is closed, so you can access the Globe Earth sculpture with the motorcycle, because the barrier that prevents access to vehicles is open.

At four o'clock in the morning (by sun, it seemed it was two o'clock in the afternoon) I climb with a Catalan colleague and his partner arriving with the saddles to the same balloon and calmly walk around the Visitor Center and surroundings without crowds of any kind.

We have been on this plateau for hours and the weather is changing. In a quarter of an hour, the sun can rise, it can rain, we can get cold and even some heat, and even snow. All this can happen in this northern tip of Europe in a short time. The sun no longer shines, the sky is totally overcast, raindrops become tiny flakes of snow, and the ever-stronger Eolo God is present. The gusts of wind are increasing worryingly ....

So much that I decide to leave unlike the Catalan colleague who chooses to continue up even though Eolo does not blow, it's getting worse !!! in this unprotected land of all types of vegetation and mountain that cut or mitigate its fury.

Going down to Camping, it's been an odyssey ... in my life I've been more afraid ... I've seen myself on the ground many times ... if yesterday I implored that it would not rain, today I prayed and begged God to protect me when I point was the wind of crashing into the tourist bus that makes Honningsvag service to North Cape ... even the driver in his face showed concern.

With an atrocious anguish and relief at the same time, I managed to get to the campsite. Later they banned the bus service and cut the road until the wind died down. The consequences were eight motorcycles on the ground and two overturned motorhomes.

In the Camping, with great difficulty I dismantle the store and set course from North to South through Finland.

The purpose is to advance as much as possible and reach Helsinki as soon as possible.

Finland, is forests and lakes, lakes and forests. Kilometers and kilometers through endless plains.

On this interminable road to Helsinki, we arrive at the Joulupukin Pajakila Theme Park in Lapland. Home of Santa Claus and the Arctic Circle Line. To emphasize that I wanted to visit Santa Claus but I was absent. He was not in the Post Office, nor in his rooms.

Arriving in Rovaniemi which is very close, (Capital of Lapland and distant six kilometers) and the time it is, I look for where to spend the night and I find it in the Camping Ounaskoski, next to the Kemijoki River, and between two emblematic works of Rovaniemi: The bridges, Jorma Eton Tie and Jatkankynttilá.
