In Skjeggedal (Parking of the Trolltunga), change of clothes of trekking by the one of motorcycle, and with the rain on my motorcycle helmet I undertake the stage Eleven way of one of the most famous Fjords and attractions of Norway. Fjord of Flam.
It is a short stage, in which I will skirt Fjords and Lakes of extreme beauty, as well as important bridges and tunnels. They are major works and infrastructures of which Norway is proud. One of them is the Hardanger Bridge (Norwegian: Hardanger Rúa) is a suspension bridge across the Eidfjord branch of Hardangerfjord in the county of Hordaland, Norway. The bridge connects the municipalities of Ullensvang and Ulvik. It replaced a ferry connection between Bruravik and Brimnes, and therefore shortens the driving time between Oslo and Bergen. It is the longest suspension bridge in Norway.

The bridge measures 1,380 meters long, with a main light of 1,310 meters. The maximum height of the platform is 55 meters and the towers reach 200 meters above sea level. There are two car driving lanes with a speed limit of 80 kilometers per hour and a separate lane for pedestrians and cyclists. The height of the deck means that larger cruisers can no longer reach the interior Hardangerfjord.

The estimated traffic for the bridge was estimated at 2000 vehicles per day. The opening of the bridge took place on August 17, 2013.

The main section is one of the longest suspension bridge sections in the world. It is also the longest tunnel to hang a suspension bridge in the world. At the southern end of the bridge, cars immediately enter the 1.2 km Bu tunnel that passes under the town of Bu, while on the north side of the bridge, cars immediately enter Vallavik, 7.5 km. Tunnel that includes a segment of 500 meters long to a roundabout in the tunnel. At the roundabout, cars can take another tunnel 500 meters long that leads to Ulvik or can take a tunnel of 7 kilometers long to Granvin.

This bridge, save one of Norway's characteristic fjords. The Hardanger Fjord (in Norwegian, Hardangerfjord) is a fjord of the North Sea that is in the southern part of the Norwegian coast, and which with a length of 179 km is the third largest fjord in the world and the second largest Great Norway Administratively, the fjord is located in the Hardanger district of Hordaland county.

The Hardanger fjord begins south of Bergen and enters the northeast until it reaches the Hardangervidda plateau. The most extensive arm of the Hardanger is the Sørfjorden that forks towards the south about 50 km from the main body of the fjord. It has a maximum depth exceeding 800 m in the vicinity of Norheimsund in the center of the fjord.

On the Folgefonn peninsula that belongs to the Hardanger fjord, Norway's third longest glacier is located. The parts that make up the Folgefonn glacier cover a total area of 220 km² and the area was declared a national park in 2005.

Before arriving at Flam, we will cross a tunnel of almost 14 kilometers that once inside it seems to us that it never ends. And it ends in the same Flam. This fjord honors the fame that precedes it, it is SPECTACULAR !!! It is difficult for me to describe it. It is one of the fjords that receives the most visitors, for something it will be.

As soon as I arrive, I go to the Camping and I organize myself. Once installed walk and observe everything that surrounds. Both mountain with snowfields, waterfalls and of course, the fjord.
