At the sound of the waterfalls falling from these vertical walls, I fell into a deep and restful sleep.

It is seven o'clock in the morning and until twelve o'clock next the ferry, there is more than enough time to admire the beauty of this Fjord. Its waters are the same color that at this moment have the clouds of the sky ... gray and menacing of rain.

The clock does not seem to go. The store is collected and packaged, the motorcycle ready, but it's still to be done by eleven-thirty when the ticket counter is open.

Meanwhile vehicles are arriving. Trucks, cars Buses, and motorcycles. Not many for which I expected. Only six. The bus is from Spain, from Valencia. While the boat arrives, when you see the Spanish license plate, the greeting (this has no nationalities, it is universal) and the questions of rigor: where do you come from, where are you going ...

In the distance we see how a tiny boat is slowly approaching, to see later that it is not so tiny when cars, trucks, motorcycles and buses begin to enter it.

Motorcycles enter first, cars, buses and finally trucks.

Start moving slowly turning from port to starboard and on the water we go. The tour includes a tourist tour. It takes us to the Forli Power Plant and several grottos on the walls of the Fjord, as well as to the waterfalls that pour their waters into the Fjord. The spikers commented on the names of the route and with special mention to the Preikestolen that is right above our heads. It's a pity that his exhibition is in English.

We have not yet disembarked when it starts to rain. It is not long before we reach the dock of Forsand. Enough to put on the rain suit and leave the boat equipped.

At the exit of Forsand, through a short tunnel we cross the Fjord by the impressive bridge Lysefjord Bridge on the way to the second asterisk * Preikestolen.

It's five in the afternoon when I arrive at the Preikestolen Visitor Center. A large number of vehicles gather in the parking lot of the Center at the same time as a huge amount of people. It's raining and at times it's getting worse. Going up and down the Pulpit is between five and six hours. The first thing I feel is an unstoppable desire to change clothes and pull up .... Being the time it is and how it rains I have to give up. Although it does not rain it is risky. Between doubts if yes, or not, I decide to return to the Camping that is about three kilometers and return tomorrow.

In a clearing, the rain has allowed me to plant the store, and even the sun comes up for a while. Something about dinner and the envelope that tomorrow will be a great day.

The night has been bathed in rain. some intense moments, others moderate but non-stop. It's six in the morning and it's still raining. I hope the day clarifies and can fulfill another of the pending goals and desires.

I've had breakfast for hours, it's 10 o'clock and the rain does not subside ...
I go to reception to ask for weather information. Very kindly the girl tells me that she will not improve. The forecast is for three days raining. In the face of my perplexity, he prints me the daily forecasts.

I have a very big dilemma .... wait here three days, or give up ....
With sadness and desolation I renounce one of my dreams. Three days is a long time. The economic does not matter, but the lost time does.

Without further ado, I dismount the "camp" and continue traveling.
