Itinerary description
Ruta: Sinariega y La Verde
Poblaciones: Arriondas, Bodé, Fuentes, Sinariega, Toraño, Triongo, Pendas, Collía.
Lugares de interés: El Sella, Senda de Sinariega a Toraño y Senda de La Verde, Los Pueblos.
Cartografía: Asturias / 30 Villaviciosa; 31 Ribadesella
Terreno: Carretera Local y Nacional, Caminos, Caleyes y Senderos
Ciclabilidad: 99,9%, Pongo 99,9, porque hay que posarse para subir las escaleras de la pasarela colgante para cruzar de Triongo a Fuentes, el resto se hace todo.
Salida invernal intentando esquivar el barro después de dos semanas lloviendo. El objetivo era investigar el antiguo camino que de Sinariega baja a Toraño y la verdad es que hubo suerte, la senda estaba recien rozada y limpia y es muy guapa y entretenida, las mayores dificultades al principio que tiene algún paso con piedra y hacia la mitad que tiene un giro estrecho y complicado, el resto sin mayores problemas.
Para acabar hice el senda local de La Verde, SL AS-14.
Todo lo demás por asfalto, carreterines locales y algo por la nacional.
Para hacer el sendero de la Sinariega a Toraño posiblemente sea mejor combinarlo con la bajada de los molinos desde Tresmonte a Cuevas.

I like the way you give lots of information about your route, well done.
Parked at Triongo, crossed the rope bridge across the river and climbed the tarmac road twice, first to do the descent from Sinareiga to Torano and then 'Descent of the mills' from Tresmonte. The Sinareiga descent is very good and well worth difficult grade. The climb to the communications masts after the village is tough with lots of vegetation in May. The first part of the main descent is rocky and technical, after that it is much easier, but the riding is great and the views are beautiful. Half way down there is a tight switchback corner to the right which has been badly eroded away by water in the winter storms. At the moment it is unrideable and you have to walk for 20 metres or so. The Tresmonte descent is much easier, but still good. It is in the trees and mostly straight, fast and relatively smooth. A moderate grade descent. Linking the two descents like this gives a 30km route.
