Itinerary description
This is a combination of a cycle/walk/cycle. 8 miles to the gorge on good roads that were not at all busy. The 4 mile gorge walk is on trails that are very easy to follow but the decent/ascent is a little tricky so assessed as moderate. You are supposed to get a permit to complete this walk, which we did, but there was no one there to check. I suspect at busier times there may be rangers there checking. The 8 mile cycle back was much quicker;-)
