SANT MARIA DEL MAR
-Author: Berenguer de Montagut -Chronology: 1329-1383 -Theme: Is dedicated to the saint Maria. Is a catholic parish church. Already built on a previous paleo-christian temple. Traditionally Santa Maria del Mar formerly Santa Maria de les Arenas, it’s a Catalan Gothic-Style church. As for dauter part is considered the only great Catalan Gothic Church perfectly finished. They spend some years to build the cathedral, because some stones were churget and transported by the busters from the mountain of Montjuic to the Rivera constructed they Cathedral. -Technique: Gothic architecture. -Tematic: is a gothic catholic parish church.
CATEDRAL
Author: Josep Oriol Mestres Esplugas and August Font Carreras -Chronology:XIII -XV -Theme: it’s a gothic cathedral but they built it on some roman temple ruins. They started to build it on 1st of May in 1298 and as every big monument it’s hard to build it and you spend a lot of time to designed. It took more than 150 years to build it. In XIX century they started to build the principal facade but unfortunately between 2004 and 2012 they had to renovate it. The architecture: -It’s rectangular because it was easy to celebrate jousts and then the shape help to put in order the market. -On the XIX Barcelona hired Francisco Molina, an Architect, to make a bit new the square because the royalty wasn’t there, and they didn’t renew it, and it is like now since that renew.
SANT MARIA DEL PI
AUTHOR: CHRONOLOGY: 1319 THEME: It consists of a single large nave, side chapels located between the Gothic buttresses. Outside, the main façade has a large rose window with twelve arms dating from the 14th century. It was destroyed in the fire of 1936 and rebuilt in 1943. TECHNIQUE: gothic architecture TECHNIQUE DESCRIPTION: is a gothic architecture because in the top the stained glass windows are transparent and colored, it is wide and with high columns and the finally feature is the entrance is at the top.

-Author: Guillem Carbonell -Chronology: was started on 1116 -Theme: In the center of the Royal square is composed for the saló del Tinell built in 1359 and 1362 by king Peter. The palatial chapel of Santa Àgata from 1302 on the orders of King Jaume the Just and his wife Blanca de Naples.
