Itinerary description
A good trail with a route comprising mainly off road with a couple of connecting sections on road. There are enough hills to provide a decent work out and depending on whihc way the wind is blowing will depend on whether you have the wind behind you for the outward leg or the return leg, in general the wind is normally behind you to begin with so be careful not to burn yourself out prior to the return leg.
At Pozo Negro if you fancy breaking up the route you can always stop for refreshments at one of the two local cafes beside the beach.
