Itinerary description
That is the briefest description of this trail, annoying as hell. Circular, starts at Delnice center, official designation is bike trail C1 Runolist (eng. Edelweiss); official difficulty rating: easy.
That is also a lie, by the way.
We took it in reverse from the official direction. But whichever way you go, be prepared for a constant incline half the way (roughly 8 km), then descent on the other half. The ascent is not really easy for recreational cyclists.
Also, some of the turns are very poorly marked and we missed them a few times, as the official trail does not follow the logical path you see when actually cycling. 1st half of the trail until Petehovac (mountain lodge) is asphalt, 2nd half is off road (dirt, gravel) until you again reach the town of Delnice.
Note 1: last portion of the path is through private property, as the land owner himself thaught us. We had no problems passing through, but just an FYI.
Note 2: some turns are VERY easy to miss, but they are a bit clearer when following the trail in the original direction rather than in reverse like us.

We missed this turn TWICE! It is a small turn to the left into the forest, off of the main gravel road. Very narrow downhill path, covered dirt and rocks and branches and leaves. Recommended to push your bikes rather than ride them. You will come out into private property, and from there you descend into the center of the town.
