Itinerary description
A demanding trip suitable to be ridden with tough kids.
Progressive route, from warm up riding to heavy ramps climbing; with a pinch of resting sections here and there along the way, and a variety of kinds of trails.
Some features/Pros:
- The heartwarming Acequia Alta of Dílar after a long dry ‘secano’ trip, from km9.3 on.
- The triple stairs stunt at km12.9 in Dílar. Mind your kids!
Some Cons:
- Paved & trafficky road riding is almost compulsory if you wish to end the loop quickly after Dílar village due, for instance, to the kids getting summer burn tired.
- The eBikers singing while overtaking real bikes up the hardest ramps in Dílar, ha-ha-ha ;-)

Encinar Sight Point
Enjoy a dip in the small clean irrigation canal beside (freshly squeezed Dílar Stream juice! Straight from the peaks of Sierra Nevada! No sewage up here, man!) …And how a crap piece of paper sticked to a post can drive a shot from ‘beautiful’ into ‘horrid’ (try to cover it with your thumb, ha-ha-ha). The holm oaks naming the site were nowhere to bee seen (?!). Just olive trees around.
