The whole of the Pajot landscape is dappled with ‘square’ farmhouse after ‘square’ farmhouse, a clear sign of how important agricultural life is here.
There are also chapels a plenty to be seen. Small winding paths take you past a number of these historic landmarks, which up to today continue to be tended with great care.
