COMIENZA CERCA DE LA IGLESIA DE ZAMANES, ESTA RUTA ES PRACTICAMENTE 100% POR SENDEROS, BORDEANDO TODA LA SIERRA DEL GALIÑEIRO EN CIRCULO Y LA SUBIDA AL MONTE ARRUIDOS DE 686 METROS (ESTA SUBIDA ES OPCIONAL), Y ACABANDO EN EL PUNTO DE PARTIDA POR SENDERO DIFERENTE.

Me gustó la ruta, hoy después de las lluvias estaba bastante rota y parte de las pistas tienen mucho firme de escombro, la subida al monte se me hizo dura pero mereció la pena por las vistas impresionantes. Bajada súper rápida muy divertida.

Ruta entretenida y con excelentes vistas la subida hasta el Galiñeiro es comoda. Vale la pena subir al monte Arruidos, el tramo final se hace duro pero las vistas son impresionantes. El regreso mola, bajando en el 90% del trayecto
