Itinerary description
A beautiful and very diversified trail which I consider moderate if you are in decent physical shape and used to ride a bike regularly, or easy if you are really fit and used to mountain biking. The terrain suffers periodical changes, from semi-rough tracks to gravel and asphalt, with one hard ascent. What normally remains unchanged is the beauty of the scenery with a great and diversified flora. The asphalt roads are mostly good and wide where you normally manage to ride on the side. I found the automobile drivers to be considerate.
Both Muros and Carnota are worth a visit, the former featuring a cozy historical center, the later harboring one of the longest historical 'hórreos' in Galicia from the late 18th century and a magnificent beach.
I would not recommend another than a MTB for this trail.
