This is a medium difficulty mountain bike trail with some definitely tricky parts in a couple of the descents. Otherwise, mostly good and easy. It skirts the Cortijo Cortez since they seem very adamant about keeping people out of their land (big gates, CCTV etc.) I didn't see any keep out warning signs when going in this direction. The bridge just below Huetor Santillan has warning signs, but it is easily passable by bike.
