Itinerary description
A great challenge for an off road cyclist. We all had mountain bikes, but on route we saw people on gravel bikes. We stopped in hotels at Amesbury, Ashbury, Reading and the Devil's Punchbowel, but we came across people who were camping.
We took just under 5 days to complete the route, which is just aboiut time if you aren't in a rush or want to make a holiday of the ride.
The most barren area is on the Ridgeway and the toughest part was the 80km / 50 mi on the lasdt day. It was a combination of being tired as well as some really tough demanding climbs
