Itinerary description
Please if you do try this route the route I chose off La Vella is very steep (7.7km-8.7km), very technical and dangerous in places. Incredibly loose, steep and rocky. Almost impossible to walk down and some sections i was either out of control and holding on for dear life or struggling to walk down the worst bits.
This route is not on marked trails and if attempted do not go alone.
There are much better marked routes off LaVella and you can join back up with the route by the large embalsa west of Nieves.
