D'Espolla a Espolla,HEM FET 56 KMS I ACUMULEM 1.400MTRS, sortim d'Espolla-Vilartolí-Requesens-Neulós-Sant Martí de l'Albera-Sant Joan de l'Albera-Coll Forcat-Requesens-Santa Fè dels Salers i Espolla. Fem 2 ESTATS (el Francès i el NOSTRE),1 CIM (el Neulós 1.260metres), 3 COLLS , 1CASTELL (Requesens), DÒLMENS, MENHIRS i 1 AVIÓ(que ja no vola) i un RESTAURANT (el de CALA MANELA DE ESPOLLA NO US HO PERDEU).
