Itinerary description
District is quite diverse it starts with a mild climb to tar and then to Kastelir. From there is a disk into the Mirna Canal Delta.
bware of the steep descendants on singletrails where in a few occasions you have to Walk down because it's quite steep.
Once in the Mirna Delta is down to the foot of the Groznjan climb. This is a climb that stretches 4400m. You'll be climbing to 300m to arrive in Groznjan. This is by the way very need nice little town. With a beautiful view to the Adriatic in the Mirna Delta.
From Groznjan is downhil. Time to give the legs a bit of rest.
Prepare for another climb to
Krasica. Now we make a final descent to the Mirna Delta.
If you have energy left you can go up once again to srbani.
On the top, make a left and go down again. Attention the last part of this descent is very demanding it is steep de path is over grown by vegetation.
Once cleared the Fragile bridge its straight down to Attenal and back to Lanterna.
