Itinerary description
Beautiful crisp cold sunny day for a ride along the coast with views of the Bay of Roses and the wetlands to St Pere, then inland following Fluvià river, looping round Viladamat back to l’Escala. Mountain bike recommended especially along Fluvià where the path is a bit of a bone shaker! My bum is sore now! Was moderately hard for me, would be easy for a fitter person!
