Itinerary description
Fantastic track near the sandy beaches of north Florida. Very flat but not exactly easy given sandy areas where keeping balance requires an extra effort and a couple ramps up and down. Also many roots here and there. Very good for kids to try a perfectly doable track but requiring some attention and building balance skills, turns etc.
Nice scenery even if not magnificent but really good trail near Santa Rosa, Rosemary and Panama City beach.
This track has some 4 kms to go and those same 4kms to come back but the real trail is much longer, possibly it goes beyond up to some 12kms all the way which would make it 24 in total if you go and back. Find the full trail on MTB or others. the track is very well signaled and easy to follow. Some muddy areas might require walking the bikes or finding a detour. There is couple road crossings. When we did it it was not a problem.

Excellent trail. Some wet areas after a rain for short sections. Short Sand too. Excellent for fat tire or plus size tires. It can keep you busy. A few root areas that could throw you. Get off and walk these. You will really love it the second time.
