Itinerary description
Nice easy warm up out through Espiche on road then turn off onto dirt track to Barao Sao Joao for cafe stop. Then up into the forest on dirt road following wind turbines into Barao Sao Miguel - road climb up and through Alma Verde then nice flat road section to Burgua for second cafe stop. Then coast Singletrack back to Luz.
Note: there is a very steep techy downhill section on a hill, but this can be avoided by taking the lower path.
