Itinerary description
The path 4 and its alternative routes twists between San Vivaldo and Iano, in the woods of Camporena, from which - long ago – it was harvested the wood that stoked up the furnaces of Montaione and Gambassi Terme for the production of glass. This trail will take you to see some breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside, particularly from the Sanctuary of Pietrina that faces the panorama of Volterra.
