Montevive Around Loop - Basic Route to Mix and Match from It on

Itinerary description
I tried to set a quite simple option to cycle round unique Montevive quarry hill, keeping paved and/or main roads to a minimum (which is not easy; but I’ll keep investigating alternatives).
My aim was to allow to further connect and or expand this loop with the wide array of other country roads & paths and possibilities offered at the area.
Hence, this route is not too technically difficult. On purpose. But at the same time it offers more than an appetiser of entry level cool singletrack and a couple of tricky drop & uphill sections, to cheer up your MTBr soul and properly intermingle it with that of this countryside spot.
I just wish not to spoil the beauties and surprises of the route, so in that respect the description will be kept at this minimum.
Some clue:
If torrent Dílar is carrying water at the not-dry season, you’ll have to wade/cross it twice: the first one could be risky if flooded and it offers no choice nearby (the route can be modified to avoid it, though. Not complicated), but about the second one: there’s a pedestrian + cyclist path bridge in order to be able to avoid crossing through the river bed (you’ll spot the bridge beforehand if following the route backwards; When going forwards, just continue up the river along the left bank until reaching the bridge).
