Itinerary description
Tel Aviv to Haifa, Kiryat Tiv'on, Nazareth and back to Tel Aviv in three days.
Day 1: Coast ride north to Haifa. Lots of sand in the trails, but a fantastic view with the best landscapes. Threw my bike over a couple of fences and got pulled over by a cop on the highway 4. Rode during the night to Kiryat Tiv'on for shelter at a friend's. About 127 km.
Day 2: Climb to Nazareth. Mountain bike hill climb until Nazareth for a good three hours. Rode about 30 km in total and spent the day exploring the city with some friends (walked about 20 km). Slept at a hostel like an Arab prince.
Day 3: The way back to Tel Aviv. Rode under the rain for the first hour, got two flat tires, crossed a river and rode on a few muddy trails. Found a bike trail near Herzliya which I used to arrive to Tel Aviv. About 110 km.

Trail to Haifa pretty smooth - be aware there are many sand dunes and muddy trails to go throw and at parts the trail cuts off due to security fences
