Itinerary description
You can easily do this as a loop starting from La Massana, however I didn't have too much time so I started at Pal to cut down the time. It's still a reasonable climb up from Pal to the top.
If you want to make it harder, climb off road to the top of the Pal ski resort. That's fairly challenging!
The descent back into La Massana is special. Quite technical but no big drops or anything.
