Itinerary description
A relatively straightforward route starting from O Portela do Homem, on the border between Portugal and Spain. The route initially descends to some viewpoints with options for eating and drinking, before heading further downhill to the town with more options for eating and drinking.
On the uphill route there are many drinking fountains to keep you cool and hydrated.
Attention: I've marked this as a mountain biking route as there are some simple offroad sections, but the vast majority is on the road. A sturdy road bike would probably suffice.
