Itinerary description
El primer sendero lo encontramos al norte de la Urbanización Els Pins de Platja D’aro, en el que hay un tramo que no se puede subir en bici. El segundo antes de llegar a Calonge y el más fuerte y difícil una vez pasado el Castillo en ruinas de Vila-Romá. El resto son tramos muy cortos.
El más fuerte y en el que hay muchos tramos que hay que hacer andando y con un desnivel considerable, es el que empieza en el Castillo de Vila-Romà y termina en Can Ribot de Fitor. Es de casi tres kilómetros de largo, lleno de piedras y obstáculos.
El resto de la ruta transcurre por caminos forestales fáciles de transitar y alguna parte de asfalto una vez pasado Cruilles.
Hemos comido en el Bar Miguel de Palafrugell. Hemos salido escopeteados, torpedeados y enfadados. Aconsejo pasar de largo y de regreso por Ermedas, y Palamos.
