Itinerary description
Bought a new Cannondale mountain bike a few weeks ago and wanted to take it for a spin.
As a British expat in Madrid, I'm fascinated by the prospect of exploring trails around this beautiful city and its outskirts.
This trail was meant to be a lot longer but I had to cut short owing to a flat rear tire.. but well worth it!
Dehesa de Valdelatas is simply amazing.. the scenes are straight out of a nature magazine.
The track I took there from Tres Cantos ran parallel to the carretera de bici along the M-607, full of fun bends, sharp climbs and descents but nothing too difficult so well worth the try for riders of all levels.
