Boa ruta. O tema dos tramos técnicos, por suposto, cuestión subxetiva. A neboa non nos permitiu disfrutar de todalas bondades da ruta.
A baixada do Aloia a Gondomar, moi boa (a pesares dalgún susto no primeiro tramo). Noraboa Almofrei e gracias por compartir.

I did the trail following almofrei gps track. It was my first time cycling in Galicia (and in Spain), so I mostly tried to absorb impression on scenery, flora and fauna. Technical aspect of cycling were less important.
I cannot rate wikiloc information as I don't understand language.
It was a bit more difficult because I was riding rented bicycle (delivered and picked to hotel by info@bicicleando.es; they did great job).
Track part along river Morgadans was overgrown with flowers and other (thorn) plants; partly difficult to follow, partly painful :-(
I was surprised by abundance of water sources along the track. Almost no need for carrying water with.
Altogether nice experience.
