Itinerary description
Start from Borovets "Camobok Samokov Hotel". First 2 hours trail is a road, cycling is possible. From Musala Huts the trail is moderate marked and not very difficult to walk, but steeply. From Borovets you hike the Musala from the North Face, so beware of the weather and the snow. The huts on the way were closes (November). On the summit there is a hut for having a rest inside. The most difficult issue for this trip is the long distance. It`s not the most beautiful mountain but quite interesting.

Borovets- Musala hut (moderate to easy trail)
Musala hut- Ice Lake hut (moderate, very rocky)
Ice lake- Musala Peak( dificult,but short)
