Itinerary description
Clearly marked, scenic hiking path up to the Col du Plan Sery. From the Col there is no path or route markers though the peak provides a clear guiding reference point. After an attempt up the back I found the most straightforward route to the summit was up the front gully. A short section of steep, hands on climbing with unstable rock to the summit - this section and the lack of trail for part are why I rated the route moderate rather than easy. I took a meandering looping route down to reconnect with the main path, enjoying watching the many Ibex in this area.
