Itinerary description
Day 3 of the 4-day circular walk around the Posets (the climb to the summit). There are two snow fields which require crampons and an ice-axe (which can be hired at the refuge). The final 200m along the ridge is exposed and, although the ridge is 2-3m wide, rucksacks should be left at the start. There is some elementary climbing involved, but the holds are good.
