Itinerary description

ARRANOTEGI
Ruta muy exigente que requiere de excelente forma física para su realización. La ruta se dirige en su comienzo hacia el barrio Erribera de Bermeo, para luego subir a media ladera de los montes Katillotxu, Arribieta y Munarrinagusi. Bordearemos la cara sur del monte Altzurrakoatxagana y seguiremos hacia el monte Garbola. Bajaremos por el collado de Burgoa y luego por un cordal en dirección a la villa de Bermeo.

I downloaded this trail and followed it on Maps.me.

We completed it in a clockwise direction.
This was a really enjoyable hike and my wife and myself loved it. The views are stunning.

My Fitbit said the loop was 25.4km and it took us 6hrs 15mins including 2 sandwich stops.

For visitors, first time hiking this trail....
Download the map as not all junctions have the "black dot"....
Clockwise is best for markers....
The walk is on quiet country road, dirt trails and some dirt roads.....
There was a time the trail was following the gas pipeline after Restaurant Asador Cannon. After about 0.5km the trail stopped as there is a fence and the ground is overgrown. Just follow the arrow for the red/white on a concrete dirt road....
