Weekend getaway to the inland sea, Inland Sea, south of Qatar, near the border with Saudi Arabia. After the Sealine Resort the road stops being asphalted and you travel on sand and dunes. It can only be done in double traction vans, and with a low tire pressure. Several agencies offer tours that include dinner and music at a beach camp. It comes back at night. An interesting and highly recommended experience if you are in Qatar.
