Itinerary description
This nice trail takes you through the quiet Belgian Ardennes, it consists of 60% on and 40% offroad. It takes you from Bertrix to Bouillon then Alle and finaly to Vresse-sur-Semois. Highlights to visit are the castle in Boullion, the slate Mine in Alle and the different nature trails in Vresse-sur-Semois.
It took me 3h to drive without without stops. The offroad parts of the trail are mainly forest paths, some gravel and paths overgrown with grass, there was only one part where I really needed the 4x4. I drove this trail during autumn, although it hadn't rained in a few days I encountered some mud an puddles.
I drove it with My Jeep Wrangler JKU on 35" tires and 3.5" suspension lift.

Thanks for sharing the trail coordinates. I drove on it by a 4WD suv, made it through 90% of the trail, and only got stuck in a section were the front bumper was getting very close to the ground, as it wasn’t high enough. Definitely needed the 4x4 mode for some part of the trail. Amazing scenery

Hele mooi route wel paar pittig stukje tussen na de foto waar de pallet in water ligt . Daar waren ze met bosbouw bezig dus brede diepe sporen in klei / leem .
Ik heb deze route gevolgd ondanks mijn abonnement op Wikiloc was verlopen.
Heb deze trail gevolgd met een pajero MK1 verhoorgd met EMU vering en 31” stt discoverer banden.
Zeer leuke trip omdat je toch op een paar plekjes komt waar niet veel volk is. Zoals de maker van deze trip zei zijn er heel veel mogelijkheden om er zelf nog offroad lussen aan te breien aangezien Bertrix en Bouillon veel mogelijkheden biedt.
