Is this trail open all year please
I do not really know, we were there in summer.
But I believe this route will never be closed physically any period of the year and it only depends on the weather conditions.
Thanks for your reply hope to be there next year
So we went to do this route a couple of weeks ago October 2018. This route is illegal! There are many signs to say you must not use the routes. There are at least three signs on each start of the trail to say you must not use the trails. This route is through a national park and we spoke to a national park worker that said if we were caught we would be fined!!!
My advice - DO NOT USE THIS ROUTE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE FINED
I do not believe this route goes through a national park.
During our whole tour through spain in 2014 we only entered once a national park and it was with permission.
But things can change in 4 years.
It 100% goes through a national park as does the other I have commented on. You sent me an email to say "we ignored the no entry signs"
We took pictures of every sign on your route - it is illegal and has been for years - I do not think it's fair you send people to do routes where they will get fined! We found alternative routes but it was a real pain to have to do this as we do not drive routes that are illegal.
The signs we have seen were not saying you could not enter.
I also do not say you have to follow my routes.
Sometimes we also had to find alternatives, but that is no pain but more a exiting game.
Perhaps you should better stay on the paved roads 😉
Bad information, illegal route
Well we managed 1600miles off tarmac, so I don't need your advice thanks. It's a pain when you're going to an area specifically to do a route that the owner assured me via email was fantastic... We had to do lots of alternative things on this trip which is always expected but we didn't expect to have have to replan an entire trail because people think it's ok to drive illegally.
Perhaps you should plan your own routes in future instead.
We are still happy we did this trails and they were very beautiful 😊😊
We do, lots thanks. Maybe you should remove ones that are illegal so people don't get into trouble...
Hi, I was with Paula Beaumont. We do a lot of overland travel, off tarmac, we always plan our own routes and Wikiloc is a very helpful tool. We do however want to only do legal tracks, I would think that's only normal!? To suggest we should better stay on the paved roads is, what can I say, a little childish maybe, and I don't think we deserve that. I'm sure the trail you did is very beautiful, we were sorry to miss out on it, but will never do nor recommend an illegal trail and want people to be aware in advance.
En esta ruta todo lo que es pista esta prohibido. Todo es oso pardo y parque nacional. No dan permisos de circulacion.
Anyway, we had permission to drive there and we were not the only car on the road. Perhaps it change during the years 😉😊
ilegal route, 1000 € to my partner. Is all national park
It sure is national park but in 2014 we were allowed to cross.
Check before driving, rules can have changed.
