Itinerary description
The first section up the mountain at Auron is not for the faint of heart. Max 3.5T and proper 4x4 required. Up the mountain from the other side is much easier.
Another day with a lot of pavement, making my way down to via del sale. The stint up col de Turini is well known by its Motorsport heritage, and the way down is via the fire roads on the backside of the mountain.
There is an off-road section between Auron and the Col. This section is not passable between 01/07 and 30/08, unless you complete it before 13:00.
Track ends at an excellent wild camp with a view of the Mediterranean.
